How is Barfield associated with Sabena technics?
Sabena technics owns 100% of Barfield. This acquisition was based on a long term strategy to support North/South and Central America.
What type of work is Barfield able to perform?
We're the industry leader in aircraft instrument and avionics repair and overhaul. Barfield is also a full Repair Facility. The Barfield team also serves commercial, regional and business aviation operators with ground support test equipment and rotable exchanges and repair parts distribution.
What type of aircraft do you service?
We are one of Airbus' main repair station in the USA, therefore we have big capabilities for the whole Airbus family: A300B4, A310, A300-600, A320, A330 and A340. We of course also service the whole Boeing and Douglas family, from the B727 to the B777. Our commuter aircraft capability is also substantial, we perform ATR42 and ATR72 work as well as Dornier 328 and Embraer 120 and 145 but also CRJ and DHC.
